Cybersyn (Cybernetic Sinergy) was a project develope in Chile by the father of the organizational cybernetics Stafford Beer, during the socialist government of the president Salvador Allende, between 1970 and 1973. A cybernet was created with which the economy was to be planned, controlled and steered at real-time.

On Beer's words, organizational cybernetics or science of effective organization can be described like:

"...the science that study the information flows around a system, and the way in that this information is use by the system like a value that alouds it control it self: this happens on animated or inanimated systems without any difference.
Cybernetics is a transdisciplinary science, attach to phisics, like to the brain research or computer research, having much in common with the formal language of science, giving tools that permit describe in a objective way the behaviour of all the systems..."

Stafford Beer feeds his thought from several sources, generating an interaction between occidental philosophical concepts and Indian sacred technologies knowledge in his construction of aplied models, developing an historical transversatility, and creating an holistic method of common human undestanding.

Cybersyn (sinergia cibernética) fue un proyecto desarrollado en Chile por el padre de la cibernética organizacional Stafford Beer durante el gobierno socialista del presidente Salvador Allende, entre 1970 y 1973.

Según Beer, la cibernetica organizacional o ciencia de la organización efectiva es:

"... la ciencia que estudia los flujos de información que rodean un sistema, y la forma en que esta información es usada por el sistema como un valor que le permite controlarse a si mismo: ocurre tanto para sistemas animados como inanimados indiferentemente.

La cibernética es una ciencia interdisciplinar, estando tan ligada a la física, como al estudio del cerebro, hasta el estudio de los computadores, teniendo también mucho que ver con los lenguajes formales de la ciencia, proporcionando herramientas con las que describir de manera objetiva el comportamiento de todos estos sistemas..."

Stafford Beer nutre su pensamiento de diversas fuentes, generando una interacción tanto de filosofías occidentales como de tecnologías sagradas hindúes en la construcción de los modelos aplicados, desarrollando una transversalidad historica y alimentandose de diversos métodos de entendimiento común humano.
